MEMBERS or NO MEMBERS STANDARD RATES

Deposit Policy:Payment taken equivalent to 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:By 6pm, 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. A handling fee of 3,5% will be withheld from any deposit amount in case of a refund.

MEMBERS or NO MEMBERS OFFERS

Deposit Policy:Full payment taken at the moment of the booking.

Cancellation Policy:Non-Amendable and Non-Refundable.

All rates are per room, average per night inclusive of breakfast, transfers and taxes but excludes 4€/night accommodation tax.
We can honour the above rates for 24 hours, subject to availability.

All orders paid by means of debit or credit cards shall be processed exclusively through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” service. No transactions shall be carried out through the Website.

In order to ensure transaction security, Alpha e-Commerce uses the TLS 1.2 method with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its designated recipient who will be able to decode it by using the proper key.
